Vinay is a graduate in Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), combining analytical skills with deep financial knowledge. The journey in the Indian stock market began in 2009, gaining hands-on experience across multiple market cycles, and the business was formally established in 2014 with a clear vision of ethical investing and investor education.

A key milestone in this journey was being awarded by Mr. Ramdev Agrawal, Managing Director of Motilal Oswal Financial Services, for accurately predicting the NIFTY index level three months in advance—a recognition of strong market understanding and research-driven analysis.
